Who We Are

Excelsior Wellness is an overarching nonprofit healthcare system alternative. It is currently comprised of four interconnected organizations that enable our team of compassionate employees to provide comprehensive wraparound services to meet the needs of our patients and our community.

How Services Are Integrated:

• Excelsior Holistic Schools – Early Childhood Education and Vocational Programs for Young Adults
• Excelsior Family Medicine – Person-Centered Primary Care and Our Foster Care Center of Excellence
• Excelsior Wellness Center – Community Behavioral Health Including Wraparound Care for Children, Young Adults, and Their Families
• Excelsior Integrated Care Center – Higher Level of Care Including Bridge Housing for Young Adults.

Our alternative approach that connects education, behavioral health, primary care, and social and human services builds a foundation for more successful outcomes.

Our holistic philosophy means we see, honor, and care for the whole person and meet them where they are physically, emotionally, mentally, intellectually, financially, socially, and spiritually.
