Just had one of the most pleasant car buying experiences of my over 50 years. I saw the car I wanted online, drove to the dealership around 10 AM. Was greeted professionally by "Danny" (can't spell his name right). I took a minute and explained, I don't want a bad dealership experience, I know what I want, I know what I want to pay, please don't jerk me around.
In short, within an hour we were done! I feel very happy with my purchase, the experience couldn't have been better from "Danny", his sales manager, to Finance! Just a very good experience!
I will definitely consider buying here again and would recommend them to potential buyers.

horrible customer service! Had scheduled appointment 8:30 in morning. Never heard from them, they never returned phone calls, never knew status of appointment. Pickup was there 2.5 days. We finally went and brought it back home. They never did check anything!! Advisor person not helpful at all!!

All I wanted was a simple oil change on my 2020 Murano. I called and called and left messages but no return call. I tried the on line chat with a promise of a call back. Nada. I called Dave Smith Nissan. They picked up the phone!!! I got an appointment next day!!! They CLEARLY understand personal and timely communication. I suggest going there instead. Sadly, my famiy had a small body shop and have bought several thousands of dollars of parts from Mr Wendle back in the day. We knew him. He would be pissed about your so called customer service or lack there of. Get it together to preserve his legacy. If this is "The Wendle Way.", you missed the boat.

Tanjer, we are sorry for the frustration we caused when you tried to get a hold of someone in our Service Department and they were unavailable. While our Service departments make every attempt to be available for incoming calls, some times they are not able to answer. We apologize that your attempt to reach us has left you feeling let down. We have worked with Mitch at Wendle Nissan 2 times now in 3 years and he has been great to work with. We have leased 2 Nissan Rogues now and have been very happy with Mitch. If you are in the market call Wendle Nissan and ask for him!

While I have yet to decide on and purchase my second car, I have to complement this company on their responsiveness. After being totally ignored at Dave Smith Nissan, I drove closer to home stopping in at Wendle Nissan. I was met with a smile, by Todd who asked if he could help me look for a vehicle. Good Job!

He took good care of my Explorer, and sold me new tires. The vehicle was washed, and ready as promised. Tony also was very helpful!

I stopped by Nissan Service unannounced and was greeted by Sean.
The radio and Nav system was not working in our Murano and I had a very unhappy wife.
Sean took the time to look at it and figured out that the SD card had gone bad... He ordered on under warranty and made an appointment to put it in and make sure it worked when it came in. When I went back in they put in the new card, took the time to check it with the computer and looked over the car in general...
This may sound routine but this place is a cut above!

This is the second time I have taken my car to Wendle for repair, and now I remember why I like Gus Johnson so much better. Wendle staff both times have been dismissive and not helpful. They were doing recall work and I asked them to address a warning message that was coming on. They didn't, and never mentioned it. When I picked my car up, the service guy just said there were only lube guys there when I asked about the light, and walked away. No offer to keep the car and try to fix it. They also let my car die (it's electric) even though I told them to plug it in if it was cold. Had to jump it then charge it for an hour before I took it home.
