Truly horrible banking experience. There is nothing good to say. Every single interaction is unpleasant and almost deliberately so. This bank needs to fail!

Long wait to enter my safe deposit box that I pay a lot to "rent". What happened to customer service? Is this now the new norm? I hate it. They said I should make an appointment. I just urgently need one piece of paper out of that box.

We Love the downtown US bank . Samuel is my husbands go to guy . They have helped us so many times it is a bit embarrassing . We love the people of Spokane and appreciate everything .
