Staples offers usps priority shipping but the prepaid package can sit there for however long because they are just a drop off!!!

Sheesh, talk about pushy!

I usually expect this from large, "evil", chain-megastores, but this took it to a whole new level.

I was suggestively sold memory cards for a camera I purchased at least 3 times. "You DO know it doesn't come with one right?!"

A few problems with this:
1) I had my Canon DSLR with me, it's pretty hefty. I obviously know if I do or do not need memory.
2) It actually *DID* come with a memory card (albeit a small, crappy, 32MB one...but still), so I was pretty much blatently lied to!
3) Staples memory is to memory prices as the hotel minibar's alcohol is to alcohol prices.

Then I was suggestively sold a warranty 3-5 times.

Then I was asked repeatedly if I wanted to join their rewards club!

NO NO NO guys, one-thousand times NO! LEAVE ME THE EFF ALONE! I haven't felt this hassled since Youth Group.

They will gladly take your recyclable electronic items for free. Friendly and accommodating staff.
The all-in-one HP printer I bought before Christmas was about 50 percent off and is one of the best printers I've used.
Awesome deal from Staples. I had a much better buying experience there than Office Depot which wasaboutamile away. I'll venture to say don't even bother going to Office Depot. Save yourself from getting an attitude, bad service, and higher prices.

I came here to make some copies of my artwork, (as I do often) and although they don't have a great selection of different kinds of paper to print on (again, ideal for artwork), I'm giving them five stars because of their customer service. I forgot to get the name of the man who helped me, but he has glasses and dark hair. He was extremely helpful and wanted to get the copies correct and worked with me. He did a lot of test prints for me and was very amicable. At the end of making all the copies, he charged me for only half of them because it was Christmas Eve. Because it's a holiday!? Seriously? I almost cried. I continue to come to Staples because of my experience with the very nice and helpful staff. THANK YOU to the man who brought kindness to me on a very stressful day.

I needed some photo xmas cards in a hurry and found a Groupon for Staples promising 24 hour delivery. I drove to the store the next day (past the 24 hour mark) to pick them up and was told "the photo/print machine has been down for 2 days. Sorry, should be ready tomorrow." Now, when I placed the order Staples asks for an email and phone so don't you think they could have contacted me so I didn't waste 20 minutes driving EACH WAY for nothing? Returned the next day, cards were ready but the color was AWFUL. You can tell the machine was auto adjusting it and no human eyes ever looked at them. The jpeg I used was from a professional photo shoot so I know the color, pixels and resolution was excellent as is. I would have asked for my money back except it was too big of a hassle going back through Groupon and I needed to get cards in the mail. Do not recommend-at least for photo cards/announcements etc.
