We love our new pickup! Eric Meland worked really hard to show us as many as we wanted to see without pressure. Eric worked late and helped juggle all the signing with our 4 kids.

Came here to read the reviews. They verify my phone experience to a T. Have a recall on my RAM truck and it would be much closer to have Lithia do the service so called to ask how far in advance I'd need to make an appointment since I have to plan my trips to Spokane. I've never been so poorly treated by an automated phone service! To begin with I was willing to play their automated game, but found out quickly that if you didn't give the right answer you got a very demanding voice wanting a yes or no answer.
I couldn't quite believe it so kept going....that didn't get very far....another abrupt question with attitude! Who programed this???

I do believe a lawyer should be brought into about $1,000 wins. Sounds like they are not transparent or ethical. Flier says must be 18 years older bring flyer and game piece to event location during the sales days list on this advertisement to compare your confirmation code to the price board and claim prize which obviously the game piece and the flyer should be enough confirmation .

See the most recent review below. The exact same thing happened to me to a T. "You've won $1,000. All you need to do is come to the dealership, give me your information, and you'll receive $5." That is the marketing strategy. The reviewer below refers to this as "genius," which is generous. It is deceitful, if not untruthful. Plain and simple.
***Know that if you receive a lottery style mailer from here, and believe you have won big. YOU DID NOT. Do not waste your afternoon chasing after a purported prize because there isn't one.***
Time and time again, I am reminded why I never go to stealerships. Never for service. Never for purchases.
I left 2 stars as a placeholder, and here's why. After receiving my 'winnings' and leaving, I called the sales representative who took down my information upon arrival. I requested that he shred the information he took from me, to which he said he would. If I am not solicited for marketing via text, email, or phone call, I will leave this review at 2 stars. The second I receive additional marketing materials, I will reduce this review to 1 star.

Second review in 3 months, we have been waiting now for over 4 months for a part they stated would be in, in a few days, then was delayed because of a strike and now nothing. No call, no returned call no nothing but crickets. Looking to now to have the work done in Idaho. Customer service is not hard when you tell your customers the true. I urge Lithia to try it sometime it may get them more stars than one.

They listened and apologized for the lengthy time it was taking to fix our truck that we use on a daily basis at the ranch. They explained the supply chain issues they have had and assured us that our truck was and will be their top priority. We will change our rating to a 4.
We have taken our Dodge truck into Lithia several times over the last 5 weeks for several issues. Driver seat motor out, dashboard lights working and not working, a service light randomly coming on the going out without reset. Our first visit they ordered the seat motor replaced two ball joints and found no computer issue with the dash and service lights. We got the truck back the following day knowing we would return when the parts came in for the seat. The following day the dash light went out again and the service soon light was back on. We took the truck back again. They then stated it needed new computer chips so now we wait. They have had our truck for a week telling us the parts are on there way. We were told the parts were in Portland, next we were told they would arrive on Wednesday, next we were told the strike is delaying the parts. We have heard delivery on Friday and now looking into the next week. Lithia is the largest dealership in the United States yet they are unable to coordinate a simple deliver across 2 states. There I was minding my business when the mail came in. Instantly I was filled with excitement I received a chance to win 30k!! When I played the lottery game I was a winner!! 1000$!! I got my little butt in my new jeep Cherokee that I bought from what yelp seems to deem a much better dealership just one week ago. When I arrived I proudly presented my card as a winner. Zach took my card and asked for a few pieces of information. He then informed me that I did NOT win 1000$. :( He told me that he could understand why I would be confused with his egregiously misleading marketing scheme, what a nice guy. After receiving my personal information including email, vehicle and name, he was so kind to inform me that I actually did win money!!!!!!! FIVE WHOLE DOLLARS! I left with my five dollars and stopped at the gas station and used my entire lottery winnings to cover my trip to this upstanding and ethical car dealership. Then I got home and had 12 emails from guess who??? LITHIA CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM!

I want to give zero stars! This business wants to charge $199.00/hour to diagnose the dome light never turning on . On my 6 month old Jeep. It's a 2023. It should all be under warranty. I asked about the issue during a routine oil change and was told I would need to bring it in for diagnostic testing due to it still being under warranty and it would take 3-4 hours. When I called to schedule the diagnostic testing. I was informed that I had 90 days to report issues and would have to pay the 199.00/hour diagnostic fees.

I'm extremely disappointed with Hunter and the companies business practice
I locked in a price to purchase a jeep at 51k a few months prior on contingency that my car would be accepted by your dealership in return to lease out your Jeep.
He knew I lived out of state.
Before I left my state I called and he confirmed everything was good in regards to the lease swap
Then when I got to the details of acquiring the new lease he said things had change
He said the only way to get the car was to purchase it and would lose my deposit. Once I was forced to make a deal under bad faith, the interest rate jumped from 8.45% and signed to 12.24% within minutes.
I feel this is completely unethical and was completely taken advantage of. BAIT AND SWITCH!
Worst car buying experience.
Be careful!
It took 4 days for a manger to get back to me and still nothing was resolved

I had a great time buying this car and love the vehicle, however my husband drove all the way from Wenatchee for our LIFETIME OIL CHANGES they told us we had. We even confirmed over the phone and in our email confirmation it says "lifetime oil change" for us to get there, get our oil change and then be charged $100.
