Inland Imaging

I went to Inland Imaging at Holy Family for a stereotactic biopsy, and I was very pleased with the experience. Unlike some other experiences I've had, everything went right on time. In fact, the entire experience took less time than I was expecting. Nicole and Christine were both very nice, as was Dr Bell. I especially appreciate the fact that they explained exactly what was going to happen, were very open to answering any questions, and also explained what they were doing at each step of the procedure.

For having to have an uncomfortable medical procedure, this is as good as it gets; I definitely recommend them.

Fast and courteous, they get the job done and get you on your way. Used their services many times.

The staff here was very kind and thoughtful, I was nervous about my procedure and they did everything they could to help me feel relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend them again. Paula was great, she clearly has a lot of experience and is very good with people. Five stars!

Excellent, caring staff, everything went smoothly, even found the MRI relaxing, surprised as Iam claustrophobic, but warm blanket, earplugs, soothed me, over before I knew it

I checked in and the staff was really friendly. I waited maybe ten minutes max for my appointment. I was having x rays done. The staff assisting the x ray technician was funny and very polite. He made sure I was comfortable. I don't know why you wouldn't go get your imagining done here even if there were bad reviews. You gotta get it done either way and I'm sure this place is convenient. Haha.

Staff who completed my mammogram and ultrasound were very friendly and made me feel comfortable during my visit. However, the doctor made several comments that made me uncomfortable and I left feeling like my breast pain was not being taken seriously. The doctor said "all we found is a small cyst and that wouldn't be causing pain" and "breasts are breasts" they hurt sometimes. She also told me not to come back until I am 40. It did not make me feel confident about going back if my breath pain continues.

My appt was on a Saturday at 2:45 pm for a ct scan. Got checked In, sitting there with my mask on for 30 min when the lady that checked me in came over to tell me they were slammed and had no idea when I would be called. I was the only person in the waiting room but she told me it was due to being attached to the hospital. I pulled my mask down to talk and to catch a breath, while she was standing more than 6 feet from me and she rudely said she would speak to me when I put my mask on. I left.
