Nuvodia Acquires Managed Services Provider Phreedom Technologies SPOKANE, WA. January 1, 2023   Nuvodia, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Spokane, Washington, announced the acquisition of Phreedom Technologies (PT), based in Chandler, Arizona. Phreedom Technologies, having served the greater Phoenix market for several decades, joins forces as the Southwest service center of Nuvodia. “Our merger with Phreedom Technologies strengthens Nuvodia’s position as a regional MSP capable of serving our customers up and down the West coast. Nuvodia is excited about joining forces with the talented team at Phreedom Technologies as we continue to provide exceptional service, security, and value to our customers,” said CEO Sean Harrell. Founded in 2008, Phreedom Technologies provides managed IT, consulting, and strategic vCIO services to customers in and around Phoenix, Arizona.
