It's about making sound decisions and coming up with solutions when no play book exists.  In this session, Brandy Ferrer, Pathfinder Strategies, will explore the lessons learned (so far) from working through COVID, and take away practical techniques to help you build confidence in your decision making when you don't have all the answers or the outcomes are unclear.  You'll also gain strategies to embrace creativity and innovation for problem solving. 

This interactive workshop (followed by a Q&A session) will equip attendees with the following outcomes and objectives:
