Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Inland Northwest is a 501C3 organization. Our mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

In Spokane and surrounding counties there are thousands of children who are FULL of potential and need the additional support of a mentor to help overcome the challenges they face. Our mentorship programs play a unique role shaping the lives of local youth. The relationships developed through mentoring ​have positive effects that span a lifetime and beyond. Our Mentors ​build self-esteem, serve as positive role models, and foster a brighter outlook for ​our kids. We have something for everyone who is interested in volunteering to become a mentor!
