Help us fight senior hunger and isolation in our community
Meals on Wheels Greater Spokane County serves 19,695 meals every month across the 1,800 square miles of Spokane County, through both home deliveries and Senior Cafes. This means our kitchen prepares over 900 meals daily for seniors over 60 who are unable to access nutritious food due to various reasons.
We believe in addressing more than just nourishment by striving to reduce social isolation and loneliness, fostering meaningful connections, and enhancing the overall well-being of the seniors we serve.
Through collaboration and community, we can create greater opportunities to provide seniors with the nutritional support and additional resources they need to thrive.
Every senior deserves to live in a place where they feel the greatest sense of comfort, safety, and familiarity while maintaining their independence and quality of life.
