HISTORY:
Jasmin Group, formerly Jasmin and Associates, was founded by Luc Jasmin II, CPA, over 30 years ago. Luc started the company as a way to support businesses, including minority owned businesses. Luc’s overarching goal was to help his clients understand the importance of good business and personal finance in order to grow their business and create net worth. In 2000, Luc turned the business over to his son, Luc Jasmin III, who continues to carry out that mission.
Luc III assembled what he considered the dream team in the fields of accounting, business, and nonprofits. Luc is an entrepreneur and is a gifted talent scout and procurer. Amber Jasmin, CPA, joined the firm as the CFO and owner. Elaina Sicilia was naturally recruited as she had been Luc’s executive assistant for some time. Julie Griffith was recruited to help transform the business in adding business/nonprofit consulting services as well as help lead the company.
Over the past year, we have added additional talent including Denise Elam, Katia Jasmin, and Gordon Smith. Today, Jasmin Group offers accounting, business/nonprofit consulting, and digital media and marketing products. Jasmin Group remains a boutique consulting firm, which keeps costs low and produces high-quality services and products in order to continue to keep the dream alive of helping businesses to achieve sustainable success.
